APPLE PIE
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Microwave your wrap for 20 seconds then firmly press into an oven safe ramekin pre-prepared with melted butter or spray oil to avoid sticking.
3. Fill with our no added sugar apple pie filling recipe (see below).
4. Bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven leaving to cool slightly while the filling rests.
5. Carefully remove from ramekin and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or just enjoy on its own!
No Added Sugar Apple Pie Filling – serves 1 Ingredients:
– 0.5 tablespoon butter
– 1 apple, peel on, core removed. Thinly sliced
– Pinch of salt
– 1/4 cup cold water
– 1 teaspoon corn flour
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 1 teaspoon apple pie spice or cinnamon

Method:
1. Heat butter in saucepan.
2. Add apple slices and salt cooking on medium heat for 5 minutes or until softened. 3. In a cup whisk water, corn flour, and vanilla essence to form a slurry.
4. Once apples are softened to your liking add your slurry and cook on high heat until thickened.
